What a bummer! only 0.6lbs this week. ? Maybe the 6 beers I had the night before weigh in didn't help? Well its still better than no weight loss or gaining.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
