Water Fast Day #3 I'm glad to report a large traces of ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL it's great to know that I'm already burning fat and not muscle, plus ketosis brings away the hunger feelings so even better! Happy Sunday everyone

Yes Ny_Shelly, I use the Ketostix to check the ketosis, I know they're not 100% accurate but they're the same the clinic was using so I guess to at certain degrees they're good.
