Water Fast Day #3
I'm glad to report a large traces of ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL
it's great to know that I'm already burning fat and not muscle, plus ketosis brings away the hunger feelings so even better!
Happy Sunday everyone
124.3 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job on your fast PizzaLover! Do you use test strips to test if you are in ketosis?

Thanks fellows FS! Yes Ny_Shelly, I use the Ketostix to check the ketosis, I know they're not 100% accurate but they're the same the clinic was using so I guess to at certain degrees they're good.
