I'm trying the '3 day reset diet'. I've actually been on it for 5 week now. I'm finding that giving up meat, alcohol, sugar, grains, and possibly artificial sweeteners seem to aid me in my weight loss journey, but coffee, low GI fruits and vegetables and dairy, all which I added back gradually, do not affect my weight. I'm going to stick with this for as long as I can!
204.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
