Water Fast Day #6 Today I registered a gain, I believe is some water retention due to the salt I had yesterday for my Shank Pashlanka. I'm not having any food so I'm sure I did not gain any fat, infact my Ketosis this morning was between small and large traces, let's say around 60 mg/dL. BF = 26.7% BMI = 22.4%

Lost so far: 2.2 lb.
Still to go: 19.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Looks like you're doing well so far! I'm registering a loss today, but sadly, it's most likely from me not drinking enough water the last day or two. Oh well, I'll get there. Keep up the good work. :)
