I've been terrible lately. But I am glad that at LEAST I didn't binge everyday, which is what used to happen when I knew I'd been bad. Which means that at least I didn't gain.
138.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
