Kept to my calorie limit since Monday, but sadly no exercise. Would love similar results next week, but I'll be eating out on two of the days so will try to be good this weekend to minimise the damage.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
