I was sick several days last week, barely moving from bed. When I emerged, I was ready to eat everything in sight. I managed to do okay. I'm hoping to get more exercise this week. I feel stiff and tired.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
