Was unable to record last monday, so a two week loss. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Staying on track, so am happy about that :). Any negative number is a good number!
176.9 lb Lost so far: 32.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
