OK, this is beginning to get very odd.
Can a digital scale get stuck? For the last week or so, my Digital scale has weighed me at right around 184 or so. However, my Analog scale says I've lost 2 or 3 lbs and weigh around 176.
When I started this, my two scales were about 3 lbs apart, now they are more like 8 lbs different. I'm going to try moving them and see what happens. If the difference is constant, I may start recording the AVERAGE of the two.

Diet followed reasonably well.
