I am restarting my diet and my goals. Goals will be in smaller increments to set me up for success and not overwhelm me with the amount of weight I need to lose.

This is also day 1 of fasting, and day 1 of no dairy, I am going to have to throw my cheese out, oh my and my greek yogurt too.
