I'm a bit disappointed. I don't know what the hell this is that I'm not losing weight. I haven't lost any weight like in a week. Four days ago I ate about 2200kcals, but that was only that one time. Yesterday I ate 850kcals and did a 14km bike ride. Maybe the vitamins I take? I hope it changes. I think I am going to start experimenting with my carbs intake.
