During the week I was consuming too much but with exercise my weight was down. But then out Friday and Saturday which brought my weight back up for my weigh in Sunday morning. Luckily back to where I was versus a gain. I really deserve a gain with how bad I was. I know what I should be and not be doing but having major issues following thru. I must get it together this week. I did setup my computer yesterday at home, so no excuse not to do the food/exercise diary on the weekends.
