Been back from vacation three weeks and still too fat. I am doing the same things I always did, but not getting any results. I think it has to do with all the snacks in the house recently. I don't binge, but I do grab some chips or a donut for breakfast. I just have to buckle down, eat less, work more and push ever lower.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
