Just been one of those weeks that I don't often experience: hungry a lot more than usual, and eating about 100 calories more per day than my usual 1300. And Tues. eve, I said 'fuck it' nd ate out at FatBurger with my hubby (had a big shake and double burger + fries), Talk about blowing a diet out of the lake with THAT dinner! >.<
And then Friday night, we went out to a new place and had German food (pretzel bun... Mmmmm!), plus I had a chocolate cake dessert. Yeesh. :P
As of now, I'm still at 164, but we'll see what this next week brings. Ugh... this is a tough time.
