My weight might not show it via numbers but I'm down another size in pants, and just in time to buy new work jeans :)
(Although it is a bummer I need to buy more due to the knee wearing out).

Recently I've been using a myfitnesspal app but I've been working on figuring out what the right Macronutrient breakdown might be. Turns out when you're building muscle (and depending on body type) you tend to need more carbs, followed by muscle and then fats. But you can't cut fat intake or carbs out entirely from your diet for a long time since your body actually needs them for a wide variety of processes!

I also renewed my gym membership and calculated my body fat % recently. I'm insanely close to my goal that I set almost a year ago-- I wanted to get to 25% and I'm at 27% right now.

158.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
