Well, almost 2 weeks into this quasi plateau. While my weight has stayed around 193, my scale says my fat % has dropped a whole percentage point to 29% and my lean mass is up 2 lbs. Yeah. I also did 10K this morning and pushed and nipped under the 90 minute mark. Double Yeah!
