Nice long weekend - went to the grocery store yesterday - bought fruit and veg, chicken and fish - no ice cream! Baked some gingerbread cake for the kids - till I get the snacking back under control I need to remove all temptation from the house - plan ahead and make sure there are treats for the kids that I can resist (ice cream is NOT one of these) haha

Ran Sun and Mon - rested hip Tues, will try to run Wed Fri and Sat
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
