I've made a few changes to my diet, including the nighttime snacking. I loved the suggestion of eating string cheese instead of the fruit. That has helped cut back alot of what I was snacking on. I thank everyone that commented on my post. I loved knowing that somebody else has the same problem, and getting ideas of changing what I'm doing to myself. To look at my body, I would think I had lost more than I have. My stomach is getting flab on it, and that bothers me. I'm still doing aqua physical therapy, even though it hurts. It's supposed to help me with my balance, so I don't fall as much, it's not working yet, lol
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You love the sour and tangy flavors. That is awesome! There is amazing food out there that is so healthy, and the taste makes one pucker. This could be your secret weapon to get away from sugar for good!
