Actually began Intermittent fasting on May 16th. Weighed 222.8 lbs and now have lost 10.7 lbs in just short of a month. 5 days normal eating at average 2000 calories. Heavy yard work exercise 3 days per week (sometimes more). Feel great. Do not feel deprived. Fasting is easy and I have much better control of my urge to eat.
212.1 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
