Well here we go again.........
I was doing very, very well the first 3 months of the year. Then I got sick, like really sick for over 2 weeks. By the time I got better I decided I'd give dieting a little break (since I hadn't been following any plan while I was sick.) Well that little break turned into 3 full months and a few extra pounds.
Oh well. It could be far worse than a 6 pound gain.
