#yeni Rosida , thnx mba... Mbak coba isi daily consume & outnya biar bisa di kontrol hehehehe.. Supaya targetnya bs tercapai, 7hari itu pasti bisa turun setidaknya 0.5kg well.. Kalo semua yg kita makan di catat di fatsecret & tidak melebihi batas kalori yg di anjurkan hehehehe.. " semangat Mbak ✋✋✋✋😍"
