Fasting day today, I hope I can make it! Definitely would help my blood sugar levels not having fruits in the morning.
BF = 25.1%
BMI = 21.8%
132.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
