Unsure why the weight isn't coming off. I do think that the weight training is part of the reason why I have gradually been increasing, but I haven't been over-consuming.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
