haven't been the same since the loss of my friend and my father feel as I have no fight left. my will power is not been nice to me it's like what's one more day of not eating right. well it's like this I hate what I look like as well as how I feel about my clothes and the fact I have to buy bigger clothing . Sick to my stomach mentally but not physically. ignore u could change it I put it into action
235.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 110.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Grief, sadness and lonliness; that's a tough road. Love those kids! For me, when I was depressed and low (believe it or not) kicking the carbs allowed me to climb out of the hole I was in. I find that weight gain, carb consumption and depression go hand in hand. Going low carb is something you can do for yourself that might help your mental outlook and help you to feel more in control. It is critical for my ongoing recovery.
