Strangely I've negative traces of ketosis this morning, let's see how it goes tomorrow, maybe I ate too much cauliflower yesterday.
I'll take my first B12 injection today for this round, to help the fat moving if possible...

BF = 26.6%
BMI = 22.6%
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
