had to wake up ay the crack of dawn or earlier to be at work at 5am... so, Um, ignore this weigh in. its cause tabi only got 5-6 hours of sleep.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

5 to 6 hours sleep is my normal. My body tells me I need more. Hard to adjust habits.
