Had a good day yesterday with 2 hours at gym - weight went way up but think that's from Saturday's bad day. Hopefully this week will bring things back to normal -
150.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
