I was really bad yesterday - bad mood - bad food choices - ugh! Talk about needing a fresh start today! Not even journaling what I ate - couldn't bear to go over it all....
Cleaned up this morning and spent 2 hours at the gym - new week ahead...

148.2 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
