So i got a bit inspired by the docu fat, sick and nearly dead and decided to try the whole juicing thing for 30 days. the 30 day period ends on the 12th but i must say, its working. ive been off work for 3 months due to a broken foot which has helped me to stay focused on some of my goals. returning to work on monday with the hope that i wont lose focus!
