R1P4 - So finally today I see a good result from my 2 fasting days!
B12 injection and my values are:
BF = 22.5%
BMI = 20.4 %

123.9 lb
Lost so far: 12.6 lb.
Still to go: 8.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
