Did wii fit free-step for 2 hours in front of the tv - actually didn't feel like much of a workout but maybe because I was watching tv and distracted... prefer the gym.
Bad choices last night - ice cream and chips - aaaaaahhhhh - better today!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My too favorite! That is contraband in my house right now..lol..I guess it's time for me to get a Wii fit, it sounds like fun and a good workout.
