Still holding at the same weight this morning. Yesterday I was completely unprepared. My lunch ended up being a bagel with cream cheese and ham because I ran out of time in which to eat before a meeting at work and by the time the meeting was over I was starving so taking the time to go purchase a salad was not on my mind. Anyway, I cooked last night so I have a healthy lunch prepared for today and I've got plenty of fruits and healthy snacks available now. Today will be better :)
243.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
