Definitely feeling the results of my last gym visit still- heavy weights on those tricep extensions and they still ache!

I was talking to my mother the other day about how I'm using the MyFitnessPal app now vs how her and my stepdad are doing weight watchers again... she kept asking me what the premise was of the tracker and I kept misunderstanding. To get fit, eat healthier, lose weight? She had to rephrase her question several times before asking what the target of the dietary restrictions were: What was being cut out of the diet, carbs, fat, bread, etc? Stunned it took me a few minutes, there's nothing omitted, you just track what you eat and try to stay within the right ranges for someone your size (or caloric intake breakdown).

Kinda funny how hard that was to understand though.
I don't really want to eat in a way that I can't eat a lot of things, I need the options to be able to stay interested so eating smartly-- ie the right amount of carbs, fats, protein and such... is way better for me and I think it will be in the long run too. In theory I won't be backtracking from a non/low carb diet to trying to eat them again and such for instance.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
