I want to set my LIW to 56.6kg so I hope to continue with this weight for the next 3 weeks at least.
BF = 21.1%
BMI = 20.5%
124.8 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
