Well-- that loss is as much muscle as fat. I have been fine with diet, but exercise has been lacking. I did a few pull-ups tonight at the playground. But an actual workout has not happened in the last two week. I keep thinking work will let up, but it has not. Perhaps Wednesday evenings will happen.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Working out is key dieting will help but to truely be healthier and have more energy you have to get some workout in. Go for walks with your kids or run around the yard it all helps and adds up. Maybe you can't fit an hour workout in but if you do 10min burst here and there it will makea difference
