What the heck?!?! It's Thursday, so I'm a few days past my Sunday indulgence day, and granted, it was Valentine's Day this Sunday and I did enjoy...everything, but it is otherwise Lent, and I have actually reduced my calorie intake every other non-Sunday day...and I am back up to 150 this morning?!?!?!

My doctor did change my blood pressure meds (since I was doing so well) and removed the diuretic that I previously had. Could that be it?!

ARGH!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week

Yep. Water. Replace your water intake with green tea (decaf) as it's mildly diuretic. Just be careful, diuretics lower blood pressure so you don't want to get too strong a diuretic like a targeted herbal plant. the green tea should do just fine.

Congrats on your improved health!!!!! The weight thing will sort itself out, and a few pounds there are annoying but matter less than the BP issue. Really happy to hear you are having positive health outcomes, not just looking even cuter. :-)
