Trying to find the balance between studying calculus and blending yoga into my gym practice while learning new exercises and eating more than I typically think I can afford to. Tasty success so far~
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
