I started counting calories yesterday so obviously this loss is water weight, not fat loss but you know what? ...ANY loss feels good and gives you the motivation to continue doing well! Yay! :)
242.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
