I AM IN ONDERLAND!!!! It has been 35 years since I weighed less than 200 lbs. It is Low Carb High Fat all the way for me.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Go get 'em Unamoyer; I've been a fan of LCHF for over half a century, and just shed 16 pounds this month and feeling great. Will try for at least 5 more (though it'll be a bit slower now) for Feb. Congrats again!
