I didn't realize how long it had been since I'd logged on to this website. I was struggling with putting weight on after college, and I had put on about 20lbs from my last weigh-in in the summer of 2011 until the summer of 2013. Then I started an office job. A sitting-all-day, goodies-galore, monthly-food-days office job. In two years, I put on another 30 pounds, topping out at about 205. After a pre-diabetes diagnosis, I managed to lose about 10 pounds and get myself out of the pre-diabetes range, but I'm stuck now at 197. I feel physically weak and unhealthy. I hated logging everything I ate and every move I made, but I still need somewhere to be accountable. So, I'm back. Armed with a Nutribullet and a large collection of dusty workout videos, I'm ready to make this year different. I'm ready to take charge, make better decisions, and be healthy again.
