-Well I hit a plateau but trying to push through it. But I will continue on my journey as I have.

-Also lost my motivation for the workout I am currently doing. But I cant just stop and just need to push through it.

-So in the end just have to push through everything, lol.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.8 lb a week

You need to find your motivation again. Sometimes it helps to change things up. Try a new plan. Try some new recipes. Great sites: skinnykitchen.com skinnytaste.com, laaloosh.com, cookinglight.com Get a fitbit to see how many steps you are taking,calories burned etc. There is a company making them for 25 and supposed to be pretty good. Get a new workout dvd, a new workout outfit. Plan a special treat when you drop 5 pounds (non food). Get some fitness magazines and read them. Go on pinterest and type in "fitness motivation".
