Actually weighed 163.8 yesterday so I guess somewhere between starting a yoga class during the first day of school, eating taco bell (not such a great idea) and going to the gym I lost 2.6 lbs somewhere along the way- not totally sure how but I'm not complaining.
I've been drinking more tea lately to help flush my system, there's all these tea detox commercials online but I figured why pay for it when I have tea in the cabinet? I've just been drinking a cup to a few cups a day for a while, and it's kind of nice... it helps without having a coffee maker too as far as caffeine withdrawals and headaches go. I can't really say whether it helps slim you down or not, but I know the crazy homemade monkey bread this past weekend didn't.
