another unhealthy eating day - blamed on the holidays. lunch with friends - appetizer of potato chips with bleu cheese followed by my normal lunch of chicken fingers and fries and then a christams gift of yummy cookies. had a good run and holding my own.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
