Day 7 - Went to the beach - friends took me to lunch - got a buffalo chicken salad - no dressing but the buffalo sauce tasted so good I'm afraid it might have been high in calories. Did a 3 mile walk on the beach road - net weight loss for week 1 is 2.2 pounds.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 178.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
