Day 5 - Stayed on track. Ate a little more at dinner because I was hungry and late night popcorn snack
probably added to slight gain today. But I kept running streak alive and got some yard work done yesterday as well as a nice visit with a good friend. Getting on the scale daily really keeps me on task.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 178.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
