Was so hungry last night - made some smart pop popcorn.
Finally went to bed - Need to remember to try to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
Going to Orlando for Marathon weekend with kids. Hopefully I can set a strong
pattern in next 8 days to continue routine while I'm there.
Looking at recent pictures of myself. Ugh
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 178.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
