I got a new scale for Christmas. The old one never gave me the same weight twice so I would step on it 3 times and average them. The new one is a digital with 4 weight cells so it should be simpler and quicker and more consistent.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
