well today is my test day for my endoscopy and maybe i will find out whats going on inside me... anyways im so glad the scales are moving and i just pray i can keep them going down yeah im so happy...
180.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
