So Its been two weeks, the second of which was really tough. had a very close friend pass away and the go to things for a lot of family's including mine is comfort food.It was a struggle to stay on track but I did.

I've also made the decision to only way myself once every two weeks so that I can focus on the new lifestyle more then just the number. I've lost 10 pounds on my first two weeks which is awesome. My set goal is 5 pounds every two weeks;trying to set reasonable goals so that after the start, i wont get disappointed by the decrease.

I have also found it quite difficult to get in the mood to work out. I only had one good workout in the past two weeks and I want to fix that. My job is fairly active; On my feet about half the day and walking about a mile a day but, I think my body has become accustomed to that so its not assisting in the weight loss.

All in all, I am ready for the next two weeks. recommitting anew for the next 14 days to continue to stay on track, to add more exercise to my day to day, and to keep my mind in a good space!
234.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
