Happy hump day! Back on the horse and decent start downward. Lost .6 pounds.

I WEAR ALL BLACK TO THE GYM. IT'S LIKE I AM ATTENDING A FUNERAL FOR MY FAT.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
